Self Collection Service
Order will send down to the respective outlet within 7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
An email notification (order ready for pickup) will be sent to you confirming that your order has been delivered to your selected store,
and you may head down to pick it up. Kindly head down within 14 days to pick up your order from the time it arrives at your selected store.
Please note that we do not provide a same-day collection service.
Local Delivery Service
Gifts Greetings offers delivery services for instocks products to all local addresses except Jurong Island, offshore Island, and restricted locations.
Refer to below delivery charges and schedule:

For standard delivery to Sentosa, there will be a flat fee of $19 SGD.
Standard Delivery
3 - 6 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon confirmation of order.
All orders after 14:00 will be processed on the following day.
*Additional of 2 - 3 working days will be expected during the month of December.
(Cut off date for Christmas Day Delivery : 20th December 2023)
How to track my order delivery?
Once your online order is shipped and assigned to our courier for delivery arrangement, you will receive an email from us with the parcel tracking number.
If there is further concern, please email us with your order number to customercare@giftsgreetings.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
