LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE
Gifts Greetings offers delivery services to all local addresses except Jurong Island, off shore Island and restricted locations.
Standard delivery option is not applicable to helium inflated balloons.

FREE (Excluding Sentosa Delivery)
For standard delivery to Sentosa, there will be a flat fee of $19 SGD.
2 - 3 working days upon confirmation of order (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). All orders after 14:00 will be processed on the following day.
Additional of 1 or 2 working days will be expected during the month of December.

BALLOON DELIVERY SERVICE
Gifts Greetings offers balloon delivery services to all local addresses except Jurong Island, off shore Island and restricted locations.
All bookings, inclusive of reschedule booking, must be made at least 3 days prior to the delivery date.
For order above 50 latex/foil balloons will be subjected to approval.
All purchase consisting of inflated balloons will only be eligible to deliver via balloon delivery option, other items in the same order will be delivered with the balloon delivery.
Floating time vary based on balloons type. Do plan your schedule in accordance to our balloons floating time chart stated below as a general guideline.
It is not advisable to placed balloons under direct sunlight for prolong period of time as it will accelerate the ballon floating time.
Kindly double check your timeslot booked and address information, any misinformation leading to a failed/late delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Same day rescheduling will be based on availability and additional delivery charge of S$20 may applied.

Cancellation / Refund
For cancellation of booking, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.
No refund will be given for any rescheduling/cancellation that did not adhere to the 2 days’ notice.
Please ensure that balloons received are in good condition, no replacement/refund will be provided once the balloons are handed over.
Refunds will be provided for any balloons that were damage during delivery.
Refunds will be given in the form of Gifts Greetings Credits or e-voucher (3 month validity) upon successful cancellation.
Helium Balloons will be delivered at the requested date and timeslot. However, in an unlikely event, due to weather or traffic, the actual delivery time might vary 15 mins of specified time and rejection of receiving balloons from the delivery team is not allowed where the balloons has already been inflated.
Kindly ensure that someone can help receive the helium balloons delivery order at the timeslot stated with us as re-delivery charges might incur if there is no one to receive within 15 mins lead time. For example, if you opt for 11:00am timeslot, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address by 11.15am. Same day rescheduling will be based on availability and additional delivery charge of $20 will applied.
For hotels & shopping malls, due to restriction that is beyond our control, our delivery will be delivering till the drop-off point/ taxi stand, or hotel lobby ONLY. The driver will notice you by call upon/prior to the delivery location on the actual day.
There will be no delivery to offshore island and restricted area. An additional charge of $15 will be applicable to Sentosa delivery
