Self Collection Service
Your order will be sent down to your selected outlet within 7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Once your order has been delivered to the outlet, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up.
From then, you may head down to pick it up within 14 days.
*Please note that we do not provide same-day collection services.
Local Delivery Service
Gifts Greetings offers delivery services for instocks products (with exceptions) to all domestic addresses except Jurong Island, offshore islands, and restricted locations.
Please refer to the delivery charges and schedule below:

*For standard delivery to Sentosa, there will be a flat fee of $19 SGD.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) upon confirmation of order.
All orders after 14:00 will be processed on the following day.
During December, it will take an additional 2 to 3 working days (Total: 5 to 8 working days)
The cut off date for Christmas Day Delivery is on 19th December 2024.
*Please note that we do not provide International Delivery.
How to track my order's delivery?
Once your order is shipped and assigned to our courier for delivery, you will receive an email from us with the parcel tracking number.
