EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Terms & Conditions
 
  • Item must be within 7 days of online purchase
  • Item must be accompanied by the original receipt/invoice/gift receipt,
  • Item's packaging and parts intact and unopened.
  • Item must have a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
  • Promotional / Sales / Pre-order / Clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 
  • All unsealed  trading card games, blind packs, consumables and apparels sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be considered as part of the exchanged item value. 

 
*Each Item can be only exchanged once
*Exchange of electronic and electrical Items will be on a case by case basis.
*You may exchange for items of a lower value but we will not refund the balance.
*Refunds will only be given if we fail to exchange/replace the defective product with a working product.

 
If the Item satisfies the above conditions,

  2. Once agreed, you will be required to bring down the item to one of our outlet to proceed with the exchange/refund. 
  3. Upon approval of refund, you will be able to choose the mode of refund in the form of bank transfer or Gifts Greetings store credits.

 
*We do not accept any local exchanges through mail. 

 

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
