Job Scope: 

• Responsible for daily store operations including sales, merchandise display, cashier, and customer service.
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers.
• Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and neat store appearance
• Be familiar with the product offerings and assist the customer with product choices, suggest add-on items, and loyalty programs.
• Interact with customers on the sales floor and cash register
• Act quickly to address customer concerns and provide resolutions
• Assist customers in a smooth payment and check out process

Requirements: 

• Able to commit weekend and public holiday
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, friendly and pleasant personality
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 10kg and to climb/descend ladders

Part-Time Retail Associates

Requirements: 

• 3 to 5 days a week (able to commit on Weekends and Public Holiday) with a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, friendly and pleasant personality
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 10kg and to climb/descend ladders
