Full / Part Time Retail Associates
- Job Scope: Responsible for daily store operations including sales, merchandise display, cashier and customer service
- Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and neat store appearance
- Be familiar with the product offerings and assist customer with product choices, suggest add-on items and loyalty program
- Interact with customers on the sales floor and cash register
- Act quickly to address customer concerns and provide resolutions
- Assist customer in a smooth payment and check out process
- Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, friendly and pleasant personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 10kg and to climb/descend ladders
- For Part-timers, need to be able to commit 3 to 5 days a week (at least 1 weekend is required) with a minimum of 4 hours per shift
